Census 2020 Encourages Participation With Ads on Buses, C Stores and Shopping Carts in Supermarkets

<< All Campaigns < Prev Next >

Census 2020 is encouraging participation in the 2020 Census in hard to count areas by advertising on city buses, at convenience stores (c stores) and on shopping carts in supermarkets and grocery stores.

The two part campaign has a teaser portion which runs a few months before Census Day and a second portion which starts right before Census Day.

The teaser portion says "The Census is Coming This Spring" and the second portion emphasizes the important of participating in the census and says "Everyone Counts! Take the Census Today."

The ads are in hard to count geographic areas which are historically known for low participation rates. The goal is to encourage everyone to complete their Census form so that government entities have an accurate count of the United States population.
